Guests please note that Check In is from 14.00pm and Check Out is prior to 10.00am. You are
welcome to leave luggage until your room is available or until the end of the day.
Payment must be taken at the time of booking. Bookings will not be considered as ‘confirmed’ without
either prepayment or full credit card details as guarantee.
Credit Card details will be taken as a holding for minibar charges, bond for any damages or missing
items and excessive cleaning requirements. Excessive cleaning fee is $100. All damages will be
charged at replacement cost + 10% admin fee including lost room rental fees.
For guests choosing to settle their hotel account using Credit Cards, a small processing fee of 1.5%
will be added to the guest account at the time of check-out. For those guests choosing to settle their
hotel account with cash or debit card, a $100 deposit per night will be payable at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy *** Boogie Woogie Beach House requires 1 week prior notice to cancel a
booking. Cancellations or changes made WITHIN 1 week of the check in time forfeit the full amount
of the first night charge per room. To cancel please EMAIL DIRECTLY TO BOOGIE WOOGIE

Boogie Woogie Beach House with Flow Bar downstairs is a vibrant venue (especially on Friday and
Saturday nights respectively with bar trading until 10:30pm) – all rooms have been acoustically
treated but some noise from our restaurant/bar is likely to be heard in the rooms.
Rooms may only be used for the purpose of accommodation. Any attempt to use the rooms for any
purpose other than accommodation must be cleared with management prior to confirmation of the
booking. There are to be no parties, excessive noise or lewd behaviour. Management reserve the
right to ask offending persons to leave the premises.
There is to be no smoking anywhere on the premises and we are not a pet friendly hotel. Anyone found smoking or bringing a pet into the hotel will be charged a $300 penalty fee.
